Accurate Detection of Concrete Pavement Thickness Based on Ultrasonic Array

Thickness detection of concrete pavement is a critical step in construction completion acceptance and serves as an important metric for subsequent performance evaluations. The crux thickness evaluation lies determining the interface reflection echo propagation sound time. Based on acoustic impedance difference between surface layer contact layer, can be classified into two types: large-difference small-difference. By examining singularity signal, we employed improved correlation coefficient method wavelet transform maximum value to identify This study refines traditional by using direct wave reference simplifying signal analysis process. In actual detection, type with large differences impedance, average relative error core drilling reduced 1.7%; small differences, results obtained modulus 1.9%, showcasing high accuracy.
